Support for multiple monitors

I've had this problem, stated below, for a number of years with IL2 products. It discourages me from playing IL2.

The IL2 games always defaults, locks, and stay on monitor 1.

I use two monitors. Always have.  But IL2 does not let us choose which monitor we wish to dedicate to gaming. For me, my gaming is on monitor 2. IL2 Full Screen and Borderless window prevents us from moving the game to the other monitor. Typically, with other games, we can exit full screen mode (ALT+Enter) and drag-drop the window to the other monitor then change back to full screen mode (ALT+Enter) and the game stays on that monitor.

IL2 team needs to enable a simple way to have the IL2 games default on the users' preferred monitor. 

Multiple monitor support would also be nice, but I typically only use the one monitor.
