bsones Posted June 28 Posted June 28 It's genuinely helpful that the Flight Manual for each aircraft shows you a list of the keybinds used by that aircraft, specifically, but it would be even more helpful if there were a way to see that info in the actual keybind menu. Maybe have it as a filter, on the right-hand side of that screen with the existing filters, so that you could select an aircraft from a list and only see the keybinds used by that aircraft. Also, it's good that you added the ability to "look up" what you have an input bound to by pressing the input, but the way it works now (where you have to first click on the search field and then press the input) is a little clunky. It would be better if pressing a bound input just automatically jumped you to the entry bound to that input, without the need to click on the search field first. That way, you could rapidly just start clicking buttons on your HOTAS to quickly refamiliarize yourself with the bindings, if you haven't played in a little while. 2
Vulture Posted June 28 Posted June 28 This. Also, please show when a bound control is pressed in the Flight Manual cockpit views; that would make it very easy to make sure all the bindings are setup correctly, and be a huge help for those of us with a lot of controls in a full up simpit. Ideally, it would be nice to be able to bind a control directly from the Flight Manual cockpit, by selecting the control to bind in that window instead of having to go to the Controls menu to find it and bind it. 1 3 3

I was thinking exactly the same!! That would be super-helpful and tremendously time-saving.
