Is being prepared 100% nothing happens

I start the korea launcher it says "is being prepared 100%" but nothing happens and the game doesnt start and there is no launch button, it just says "is being prepared 100%". I have the german version so not sure what it says in English, I just transalted from German. 

It then says "[2] Unable to establish SSL connection."

I also encountered this. Skip the launcher and start the game directly via the exe in the bin folder.

@DerNeueMensch I had the same problem, set the Launcher to run as administrator fix it.

hm, did not fix it for me

On my end it says:"The process cannot access the file '...\IL2Series\Temp\version.txt' because it is being used by another process"

I restarted the computer, deleted the Temp folder and started the launcher as an admin.  No idea why this happens.
