BlitzPig_EL Posted June 27 Posted June 27 Been trying various aircraft, and I cannot find how to turn on the Gunsight in the F80. The Mustang and F84 had theirs on when I spawned in. It's kinda funny feeling like a n00b again.

BlitzPig_EL Posted June 27 Author Posted June 27 The hud thing says it's on. I'll keep playing with it.
BlitzPig_EL Posted June 27 Author Posted June 27 As you can see, I have the master switch on. No visible gun sight. Same thing on the F86.
Dash,Polder Posted June 27 Posted June 27 Be aware the Master Arm toggle set of switches are bugged in all but the Mustang, Master Arm On will shut off the gun but everything else remains on, where as the Master Arm Off turns it all on. More than the guns are controlled by the switch. Mustang it works as it should, I think because it's because the switch is really a three way in the real physical jets. Something got messed up in the translation to two. 1
BlitzPig_EL Posted June 27 Author Posted June 27 Thank you sir. I've been tearing what little hair I have left out trying to figure this out. I will be flying later today, I hope it get the sights back when I do, otherwise, it's back to the trenches with the Mustang, not a bad thing really.

Leleki-01 Posted June 27 Posted June 27 (edited) Hey, BlitzPig_EL Check your Gunsite: Verticle Deflection.Looking at the photo you posted, it looks way out. In key mapping it is in Weapons/Gunsite Adjust:Tilt / R ALT+; R ALT+. Hope this helps. Edited June 27 by Leleki-01
BlitzPig_EL Posted June 27 Author Posted June 27 I have them back simply by restarting the game. I did try the tilt function and the brightness adjust, to no effect yesterday.

On all US planes the three basic modes are everything on, everything off, and everything but the guns armed. I don't have access to Russian documentation but it works similarly there as well.

If you have that problem again, usually turning autopilot on for a few seconds and then back off will rest anything you accidentally adjusted incorrectly. I don’t think the brightness adjustment is working yet, I have not seen any changes when using it. It was reported already but I have not checked it since the release. 1 Ryzen 7 7800X3D l 32GB DDR5-6000 l RX 7900 XTX 24GB l HP Reverb G2
