This is happening to many any time I crash. It immediately CTD

I've also had this happen. Probably something to do with the physics sim.

I have the same issue. When I crash in a F-51D with M26A2 500lb cluster bombs the game crash and close itself without any errors or messages on screen.

I've the same problem in the F-51. Clean bird, borched the take off rolled out to the left hit some trees and then game immediately returned to the desktop. Looked for some log files or the like but not really sure what you would need?!

The normal event viewer just gives a "normal" error:

I was just in the F-51 got into a spin, crashed into the trees and the CTD.
