Client closes at 83% you'll be fine when connecting to server

I have setup a second server with it's own ip and new tcp ports 28101 and 28001 and udp port 28001, the server connects to the master fine but clients go back to the server list when trying to connect. Get to 83% with the message you'll be fine then crashes to the server list.

Any help from a server guru would be nice. 

Firewall rules have been allowed for those ports on the host machine as well

Fixed issue with defender firewall disabled that and it now works have a different firewall in place now
