#5 license key is not activated

I bought the game today, and have purchased every other il2 series game on this same account. This same account is also linked to my steam account if that matters. 

 

Today is the only day off I have until july 8th, And I spent the whole day trying to play this damn game... Keep getting the error saying "#5 license key not activated" when i goto log in on the opening splash page. I have made sure the purchase went through - the money was taken out of my account and it says that il2 korea is activated on my profile page. Not sure what the issue is here. Any help is much appreciated. I opened a ticket hours ago with no answer yet,
