Does not launch after hitting play

Games does not launch after hitting play, just closes...
Any idea where to look?

I uninstalled the VC++ redistributable, rebooted and reinstalled and the error persist...

Added more info

Managed to fix it:
1) disconnected all my USB devices sans mouse and keyboard

2) launched the game and went through the login screen. Then exit it.

3) Plug all devices again, relaunched game and it worked

Or not...
Turns out that one of my USB hubs was not plugged in when it worked...

I guess this game cannot handle the amount of devices that I have connected (19) ....
