You import them into a map you are working on in the Mission Editor. If you are not making a mission, you do not need to install or import the files.

My point was that the mission editor is not really something for a beginner.

How do you propose one becomes not a "beginner" then?

The mission editor manual from Great Battles applies to almost all the current features in Korea. There are only a few additional things to consider that are not included. Mission builders that have been around IL2 for a while are a pretty helpful lot, but you need to learn the basics from the manual first before you can expect to get answers for every question. No one has the time to tutor 1 on 1 with something like this. There is 10 years worth of experience and discussion on the old forum and in JimTM's outstanding ME manual. 

It's called "Mission Logic" for a reason. If you take it step by step, before long you will get it figured out and then it's not really hard to use at all, just tedious. That never goes away.

Can we please get the updated KOREA full scene objects group?

Just bought 1004b, it seems installed in the Template folder, "KOREA_FULL_Scene.Group". This ME loads quite slow, maybe due the large map size? 

My first attempt, your group is included: Truck Convoy test v1.zip

That IL10 behaves like a drunken camel, got to figure out how to set i t up right ...
