GPU usage

Just a suggestion for the devs. Could we get a separate fps target setting for hangar and when not flying? At the moment I am getting 98% GPU usage in hangar and when looking at the map or after mission screen. This is because the game renders 120 fps (my current target) all the time.

In War Thunder it is possible to set for example 60 fps for menus and hangar and 120-144 fps in game.

It would be nice to have this in Korea as well. Just to save the GPU from constatntly running at max when in hangar.
