PC hard reboot as I exit game, with random settings deleted

The game keeps forcing a PC reboot as I exit it(either just exit or restart, when the PC has restarted, and I start the game, settings get resett, I've once lost all my keybinds, various graphics settings have been reset, and really all settings seem to be prone to resets.

My hardware is i7 13700k, 5090OC, 128GIG DDR5, 2TB NVME
