Yep, Tobii with Opentrack works just fine.

I followed some instructions from the Tobii website, but I am still unable to get it working in this game.

Can you please explain how you set up Tobii?

I also would like the Developer's to add native support for Tobii.

Its the same config as IL2 Gb . See that video, and use the INI from @Czech693, its work fine:

I still can't get Tobii to work in Korea.  This is my first time flying any of the IL-2 sims.  Tobii works fine in DCS.

I read your post above, however, there are players as noted in this thread that have Tobii working in Korea.  So, anyway I finally got Tobii working.  The problem was that I had Tobii Game Hub running as well as OpenTrack which created a conflict.  I completely closed Tobii Game Hub, and then was able to use Tobii with just OpenTrack and Tobii Experience running.
