Changing email for login.

Hello guys, where I live in the UK is in the process of updating to Fibre and at the moment I have an internet provider that uses my existing copper cable, however, once the changeover is activated I will be going with the Broadband/Fibre connection of my telephone company thus losing my previous Broadband supplier so might not be able to use my previous login email so could you please tell me how do I change my email to something like gmail?

 

I tried it once but it directs me to select a button that asks me to choose a file but I don't know what exactly I am supposed to select, can anyone please help clarify the process for me:

 

My account contains all I have bought from 1C over the last god knows how many years and even though I rarely fly now I do not want to lose the account with all my downloadable content so would like to try and set up a new email now such as gmail rather than wait for the changeover just to find out I cannot access my stuff.

Adding a file is optional. Just click "send" and their support team should get back to you.

For security reasons, changing your email address is not something that's usually possible to do yourself. The support team will likely be able to help you though.

I'm in exactly the same situation. Support got back to me very promptly, and asked me to attach a screenshot of my license list.
