What's the difference between ME vs none ME version in both the links? Funny how I am able to get it working previously using the steps shown on PWCG and single missions, somehow now I did it on career mission based on what was shown and I dont get any warnings at all.

Just go to the page and read the detailed information.

The "Download Groups for Mission Editor:"
Are the groups that create the warnings.
You can load these groups into one of your missions, please read the instructions how to link to the player's plane.

The second download "Download Example Mission Pack:" is a Mission Pack with Demo missions with already installed warning message.
You can fly these missions for test to see if you like the messages or not.
