Description: After the recent update, there is a noticeable visual bug with propeller animation at low idle RPM.

The propeller visibly flickers / stutters for milliseconds, rapidly switching between "engine on" (blurred or spinning) and "engine off" (static blades) positions. This creates an annoying flashing/strobing effect, especially visible in cockpit and external views.

Affected aircraft:

• Spitfire 
• P-47
• possible Many other aircraft
•  

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn in any affected aircraft.
2. Start the engine and set throttle to idle (lowest stable RPM).
3. Observe the propeller — it starts flickering.

Expected behavior: Smooth propeller rotation or correct blurred disc at idle.

Actual behavior: Rapid visual switching/flickering between spinning and static states.

Additional information:

• The issue appeared after the last major update (the one that improved propeller visuals).
• It is most noticeable at very low RPM (idle).
• Happens both in cockpit and track views.
