JG123410 Posted May 29 Posted May 29 Apologies if this is discussed elsewhere. I have IL2 GB linked via Steam. I may have mistakenly added some files for a 3rd party utility in the wrong spot. I think I removed them all safely. In any event, is there a way to check/verify everything is in working order? - I see that Steam users have the option to "Verify integrity of game files" Is this safe? I don't have any custom settings profiles. I may have one or two keyboard settings that I can easily setup again. Thanks in advance for any guidance. - jg123410
GenMarkof007 Posted May 29 Posted May 29 S! @JG123410 I use the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" option about once a week. It works well and removes any third-party modifications or other files that may have been added to your game. It’s also a good way to help keep your game running properly at all times. Note: Don’t forget to run it a second time (after getting the result), as it will replace additional original files, including things like pilot notes and other game files. Cheers, GenMarkof007 1
