SOLIDKREATE Posted May 23 Posted May 23 (edited) Hello Pilots, I went to log into the IL-2 GB store to buy some stuff before installing the game again. I was informed by the pop up that I do not exist. I was a Founder of the game and the person who created all 350+ career unit emblems. So, I knoe I exist. Is anyone else encountering this? When the forum migrated, only the forum account was changed (And are now separated). The Il-2 account is the same as before. You might want to contact support in case you forgot the password or see other solutions. AEthelraedUnraed Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Are you trying to log in to the correct website? AFAIK, il2-series.com only works with new accounts. Have you tried logging in from il2sturmovik.com?

AEthelraedUnraed Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Ah right, apparently I was mistaken then. Still, the chances of a single user account suddenly disappearing are almost zero. I still think the most likely cause is that you use the wrong password or username. If you really can't retrieve your username (look for old emails from the forums; that email address is the one you can log in with) or reset your password (there should be a password reset link), I'm afraid the only option is to contact support.
