JollyJack Posted May 19 Posted May 19 (edited) Hi, since some 7.001 version my AVA joystick turns my plane upside down in a downwards left or right roll over. This when moving to the extreme left or right. Up or down works fine, and it seems with every plane. Guess it's some settings error, any tips welcome. Trimming the dead zones in the curve seem to help out .. Edited May 19 by JollyJack
GiftGruen Posted May 19 Posted May 19 Not sure if I fully understood your question, but do you maybe suffer a snap roll? It behaves like this with each plane?
JollyJack Posted May 19 Author Posted May 19 It's when you're taking a sharp extreme "corner" a plane dives down or even flips over. And i tested it with only a few non FC fighter planes ... seems indeed if i limit the S curve edge it's less.
GiftGruen Posted May 19 Posted May 19 (edited) Mhmm - if you pull too much g in a turn, you indeed have an accelerated stall, which can mean that your plane flips immediately. E.g. the FW190 is very well known to stall without much warning, but generelly every plane has this behaviour. However … I doubt this has something to do with 7.001 version. So you can either limit your sticks curve or develop some ‚feeling‘ for your plane’s limits. Edited May 19 by GiftGruen
