what happening with VIRPIL are they near to bankruptcy?

Hi Gents:
I´ve pre-order the new VIRPIL R1-legend-rudder-pedals but after order confirmation by e-mail, i can´t  logging in for check or cancel the order.
I´ve send a e-mail to sales department because the support department e-mail is reported as "unknown address"
Finnally they send my a link with a new "support website" with a support ticket, but they didn´t answers about delivery date of my order.
Anyone know if this is the "normal" procedure of VIRPIL, are they near to  bankruptcy or something similar?

I would like if anyone recently received any VIRPIL order correctly in date, or if it would be better cancel and refund my order asap or if the quality of the products worth the wait more time.
Any info is welcome

i've read that they have huge logistic problems, due to (stars) wars .... back in the day they were quick-ish to answer. never had any problems with them. the delivery intra UE was reported as up to 7 days, but got my orders in about 3 days (lithuania-romania). their gear is exceptional, imho. like wow.

i was dreaming to get the VMAX prime throttle also, but now i'm saving for a new rig (2200 eur needed....) try finding a phone/watsapp number . that usually works best. imho, the waiting is worth it.

Expect at minimum a 3 month wait for your order. I have found their support to be extremely helpful and responsive, even on weekends.
