What is "Handling Tips" and what does it do?

I tried with off but seems all aircraft related messages and handled through technochat.What tips is this referring to?

I think:

technochat is telling your current settings (like "flaps retracted", "throttle at 80%")

handling tips are hints like it tells you to speed up if you are about to stall or reminders to close canopy after taking off etc.

e.g.: 

Don't pull the stick too much! 

Stalling!

Use rudder against the direction of the spin

Exit the dive gently

Use dive recovery flaps

Warning! Flutter imminent, reduce your speed

I have the setting on,and i never saw these.It's not like i fly my planes 100% proper also...especially if I'm just screwing around in quick battle.
