Moving text boxes on either side of screen

Hi all, 

I have searched and tried many things to move the text boxes on the outside of the screen on both the left and right sides.

IL2 Stalingrad

These are the chats telling you what to do etc on the left and the engine setting changes on the right.

I’m using an ultra wide monitor and I miss seeing many messages as I’m looking ahead.

I would like to have them closer to the center and not at the very far edges of the monitor.

Is there a way to do this?
