Rheinland Map Limits v1

Hi All,

Based on the great work of @EffeDB (Moscow free flight zone) here the Rheinland Map with all seasons without limits until the blurred area flyable.

Due to lack of time tested only in Summer, please try out the other seasons too.

Purpose: for tests, experiments, modding.

Thank you very much Kraut! I can  fly over or very close to area where Hildesheim was.
