Tank Crew and Xbox controller

Got interested again since i got an X box controller, in my case a Thrustmaster wired Eswap X2. 

I  think you wont (anymore?) need Xinput, (https://www.softpedia.com/get/Gaming-Related/XInput-Plus.shtml) as the Eswap hardware is recognized in 7.002.

I found a list of control routings somewhere, any one has experienced an Xbox with TC?

I have always been using HOTAS without any external software in tanks, at every sim I've driven them. Means, WarBirds, Aces High and here. Thrustmasters  T.Flight HOTAS X was more than enough for tanking, but when it gave up the ghost, I purchased  T.16000M with TWCS throttle.

yep, got a warthog set years ago, but i was interested in a simpler system for tank crew ..
