Since there are multiple skin sections on this new forum, for those looking for WW1 skins, the largest treasure trove of WW1 liveries downloadable by individual or unit/group:

Haluter's Skin Downloader comes up great occasionally. However, 90% of the time I get "HSD is unable to connect to the server, please try again later". I have disconnected my VPN & run as adminstrator, but still can not connect. I deleted the whole system, but HSD still didn't connect. Last time HSD wasn't able to connect, it was 5 days before it connected again. I used it for 2 days & now it won't connect again. Any thoughts?

My understanding is Haluters was down this past weekend. It still has an error showing.  We will have to try again later.
