Yes and we have a lot of them this is a adult big sea eagle. Wing span around two meter. They seldom attack dogs, in special close to humans. They are normally not as aggressive as golden eagle that is a bit smaller. Sea eagles often sits just a hounded meter from my house lurking on sea otters and try to scare fish from them, or attack gooses. Seen some unsuccessful attempts on the latter. Once gooses are airborne they are faster.

Panzerkatze Posted Sunday at 11:01 PM Author Posted Sunday at 11:01 PM In Finland there's a saying "oppia kantapään kautta", learn via heel, which means learning hard way. Poor Murphy was learning via paw, that those striped flies are spiky.
