When I use the number "9", the campaign tile is locked and when I try to open it, it says I don't have the Flying Circus Vol.III. When I leave the blank space (don't show any number at all), then the campagin tile is locked nonetheless, but the campaign is playable. I don't see any missing modules, so 10 may not be in use. @BlackSix, do you have any information on that?
