Cool, but I noticed that with GE-Proton 11.1 IL2 launcher finally works in Lutris, so I keep it.

GE11 for launcher, but I still have to use 10.x for the game because wine 11 changed something in dinput debug log format, which I rely on in my script that keeps input configuration consistent while device IDs change every time.

Have you tried deleting the devices.txt file in il2 before launching it? That stopped it from changing for me

Would it be possible to install into another Disk than "C"? Or move the install folder later? I have only limited disk space on my Linux drive.

What do you mean by disk C? You can move and symlink anything anywhere you need.

Yes, thanks, that helps. I wasn't sure if a symlink would be enough.
I meant the drive C in the wine prefix that the installer sees.
