Likewise! Been flying Il-2 since it was first released in the UK (in a small cardboard box in 2002 (?) or so).

Not only a great sim, but a great online community.

Still hanging in there, just with a shorter name. 

Known in old forums as VBF-12_Stick-95.  Also flying with the old name.

Looking forward to this one. Despite being a veteran of combat flight sims dating back to the 1980s, The last flight sims I was really into were Rowans Mig Alley and BoB along with Falcon 4 stuff. So I'm a noob when it comes to high-fidelity flight sims like IL-2, but Mig Alley was my all time favorite so this Korea era IL-2 title sold me and will now force me into the 21st century of flight sims.
