kraut1 Posted December 14, 2025 Posted December 14, 2025 (edited) NEW: Part03 late Battle of Britain This is my current pilot career I will release the parts step by step after they are completed and I have flown the missions. In IL-2 it is just 1 Campaign and the released missions of a new parts have to be copied into the existing campaign folder. At the end I hope to have created a complete WW2 career from 1940-1945, but will it take ca. 1 - 2 years I suppose. Each user / pilot can customize this campaign by adding self created missions, only mission naming syntax to be considered. If a user / pilot does not own a IL-2 module that is used for a Part he can skip this Part or add self created missions. The missions will be mostly generated with Easy Mission Generator by Vander or with my EMG Modifications. How to be flown: -with realistic settings -without HuD, only cockpit view -All information by Radio Messages -Detailed description of mission design: see below. -The Ailevels are low, but you have to survive many, many missions. -All missions full missions from take off to landing. -Mission flight time ca. 15minutes to 45minutes without time acceleration. -Probability of enemy contact ca. 80% per mission. In each mission pack there will be an zipped optional "info.locale=eng.txt" file with the new campaign part info. See last topic of main post: "Career / Campaign Description" 3.) Aapje Posted December 21, 2025 Posted December 21, 2025 Quote At the end I hope to have created a complete WW2 career from 1940-1945, but will it take ca. 1 - 2 years I suppose. Talk about ambition. And the Bf 109 is always a joy to fly. 1 Quote

I have all the other campaigns @ErvinVonRitter Normally yes, but I found an old backup of Battle of france and early BoB with BF109-E7 (before the e4 was released). You can use these missions, required BoP (Rheinland map), BoN (Normandy MAp), BoM (BF109-E7) OLD Downloads with BF109-E7 Missions (Part1, Part2) for users without Odessa and Leningrad: https://www.mediafire.com/file/t44m660uvt2qx6m/z-old-e7Luftwaffe-WW2-Career-40-45-Part01-Battle_of_France+-+Kopie+old+E7.zip/file https://www.mediafire.com/file/lylerwixvdncbw3/z-old-e7-Luftwaffe-WW2-Career-40-45-Part02-early_Battle_of_Britain-Missions+-+Kopie.zip/file For late BoB part 3 and most of 1941 Odessa is required. For 1942, 1943, 1945 and partly of 1944 in the future Odessa will be not required, these parts will be created maybe in this spring, summer... Edited January 19 by kraut1 Quote

JMax Posted January 19 Posted January 19 The 1940-45 Luftwaffe Career has been great so far. Just about at the end of the Battle of France, and its been really excellent. A couple of questions: The missions are to be flown with the BF 109-E3,with manual prop control, which is great- but how do I get that to work? The missions load the E7 each time. The grid location messages are good, but I would prefer to not have them...is there a way to remove them? Thank you for all the great work!! I am really enjoying this. 1 Quote

kraut1 Posted January 27 Author Posted January 27 (edited) News from: Part 4 / Work in Progress: Odessa 1941 with JG77 During the 18th Jabo combat mission over the USSR on 12th July 41 with II.JG77 the campaign pilot was shot down by Russian Mig-3 fighters. But he was very lucky to bail out with only minor injuries... So hopefully we can expect that he is able to continue the campaign 2 or 3 weeks later, maybe with another Gruppe of JG77... kraut1 Posted January 30 Author Posted January 30 (edited) After 3 weeks the pilot again fit for duty and continues the campaign, now with III.JG77 (BF109-F4) / first mission survived Edited January 30 by kraut1 Quote
