-332FG-brooklynspo Posted November 24, 2025 Posted November 24, 2025 (edited) The 332nd Fighter Group has been flying in IL-2 since 2018. Over time, we have grown into two squadrons: the Americas-based 100th Squadron and the NZ/AU-based 486 Squadron. We are nominally an Allied group but we will fly Axis when the mission calls for it. Fighters, attackers, bombers—even transports—we fly 'em all. We emphasize group tactics, communication and playing the objectives but we also try to keep things relaxed and fun. Our big squad nights are Friday evenings (US Time) which is Saturday afternoons in NZ/AU time, usually on the Combat Box or TAW multiplayer servers, with peak activity usually during the Combat Box Apollo campaigns. Other days of the week we fly more casually, typically between 01:00 and 09:00 UTC. We are always looking for new pilots to fill out our ranks. We appreciate and welcome air combat-sim veterans, but we also enjoy helping newcomers to the game and to group flying.
