I'll post again the link to the romanian radio chatter.

it offers a better immersion when playing on the axis side, romanian allegiance.

To use it:

- unzip the files

- copy (replace) the files over the original German ones (don't forget to backup those, for playing with German units)

There is a JGSME version , Kraut1 made the hole installation much easier and safer this way, but i don't have it.
