Radar Operation?

Is there any word on what it will look like? Unfortunately, we won't get anything with radar in the first wave, so it's a pitty. There should be some night fighter or reconnaissance-style aircraft. Perhaps one of the next ones will be something new that uses radar, but I'm more curious about its implementation and use in the IL-2 Korea.

Some examples of the more popular radar aircraft from this period:

• North American F-86D Sabre

• Lockheed F-94 Starfire

• Douglas F3D Skyknight

• Vought F4U-5N Corsair

• Douglas A-1 / AD Skyraider

• Northrop P-61 Black Widow

Never heard F9F had radar.

And F-86D and P-61 didn't saw action during Korean war.

Aircraft with radar in Korea:

F-82F/G (SCR-720 radar) 

F7F-3N (SCR-720 radar or AN/APS-19)

AD-4 (optional AN/APS-19)

F-4U-5N/NL (APS-6)

F-94 (AN/APG-33 radar)

F-3D (AN/APQ-35 radar)

Note: It appears that the Fairey Firefly in Korea were all Fr variants (i.e. they were converted for daytime use). A handful of Fireflies were operated in AS configuration carrying radar, as were some TBF Avengers - but these were to be used in the anti-submarine role or as early warning radars. The B-29 would have navigation and all-weather bombing radars. Some F-86 and F-84 variants had automatic gunsight ranging radars (planned to be modelled in the sim).

Also were any of the F2H-2 deployed to Korea the F2H-2N variant?

On a related note, I hope the developers or Requiem will do a tutorial on how to use the AN/APG-30 radar-adjusted gunsight used on later models of the F-86 Sabre in the Korean War.

I'm sure there will be plenty of content when the game is availible!
