XQ_Lothar29 Posted December 5, 2025 Posted December 5, 2025 This is my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@lothar29 On my channel, most of the videos are live streams, dedicated to career mode and multiplayer on both the Wings of Liberty server and Combat Box by Red Flight. The duration of campaign and career mode videos is usually between 2 and 3 hours. Here are some examples: PS:This is my second career mode, which started in Moscow and I am currently in Kuban. The duration of multiplayer flights depends entirely on the day of the week and the number of people flying on the servers. Flights usually last from 3 to 4 hours and 30 minutes. Here are some examples: I used to make cinematic videos, but I've been on YouTube for 17 years and the views I was getting didn't make up for the effort involved in creating a cinematic video. And what I enjoy most, besides Career Mode and multiplayer, is trying out all the campaigns created by the community. Examples: I have everything perfectly organized by lists: And the latest thing I'm really enjoying is with the Shorts Since I had a similar page in the video section of the other forum, I've decided to open a new one in our new home. PS: I usually follow and watch all the videos from colleagues who create content about this simulator. 3 1 Quote

This is sad but true. Making videos, where you crash your plane in different ways, seems to attract a much bigger crowd. 1 Quote

XQ_Lothar29 Posted December 27, 2025 Author Posted December 27, 2025 Here I'll post my YouTube shorts and other videos, including campaigns, online flights, career mode, and more, all dedicated to this magnificent WWII simulator that we love so much and that no other simulator can surpass. PS: Although the IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 with mods is a spectacular simulator. You will see that one of my favorite aircraft is the Bf110G-2 for ground attack, but I even use it as a fighter, obviously with very close cooperation between my teammates. Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted December 27, 2025 Author Posted December 27, 2025 (edited) In this other YouTube Shorts, I took a flight with the Bf109F2 with a 1xSC250Kg and I really enjoyed the flight and the intensity of knowing that at any moment you could be surprised by some enemy "companion". As some forum members know, I'm a veteran modeler, and I always hold giveaways on my channel when we reach significant subscriber milestones. In this case, when we reach 2,000 subscribers, I'm going to hold three giveaways of three aircraft that I've built, detailed to the maximum, and painted myself, as a thank you to everyone who spends hours watching my live streams and subscribed. The first prize will be a 1:32 scale Bf 109 or Bf 110. The second prize will be a 1:48 scale aircraft, equally detailed, but I'm not sure whether to make it a German or a Russian bomber. The third prize will be a 1:72 scale aircraft, most likely in a small diorama. There will be an additional prize that is yet to be confirmed. PS: This year marks my 17th year on YouTube, and it's truly been a long journey. By the way, I wish you a happy new year, together with the people you love and who love you, with family, abundance and above all, good health. Edited December 27, 2025 by XQ_Lothar29 2 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted December 31, 2025 Author Posted December 31, 2025 A slightly different creation, the simulator still carries on the IL-2 name, but in this case, it's one of the more unusual simulators in the series: IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz Edition. I'm preparing a special video about the CoD Blitz and Tobruk series. I'll make it in both Shorts and regular formats. I hope you like it. PS: It's a shame I'll have to remove all the dialogue, as the recordings don't play back well. 2 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 1 Author Posted January 1 Fresh out of the oven, it's still warm. Flying with Wings of Liberty alongside two friends in the magnificent Bf 110E-2. Hope you enjoy it. 1 Quote

XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 15 Author Posted January 15 (edited) New "Shorts" video on YouTube, on the Combat Box server by Red Flight on the 12th/13th. I hope you like it Edited January 15 by XQ_Lothar29 2 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 16 Author Posted January 16 New Shorts video, this time a little different 1 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 18 Author Posted January 18 Fresh out of the oven! I'm a Luftwaffe pilot, but these last few days I've started flying occasionally with the Allies, and the P40E-1 has really surprised me; it's a truly enjoyable aircraft. This outing was at Combat Box with four other friends. Unfortunately, the recording stopped at the best moment. Oh well. Sooner or later, an aerial combat like the one I couldn't get recorded will happen again. I hope you enjoy it. 1 1 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 21 Author Posted January 21 A new short film, featuring my favorite planes. And of course, it's Wings of Liberty. I'm really having a great time I hope you like it. 2 1 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 22 Author Posted January 22 One more day, presenting a short, from one of the last outings with our favorite plane, the outing in combat box by red flight was really intense. I hope you enjoy it. PS: Once the January flights are over, we will be flying mostly with allied aircraft during February. 2 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 25 Author Posted January 25 For those who enjoy intense flights but in a short format. Here's my new short dedicated to one of yesterday's toughest outings on the Combat Box server. 2 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 27 Author Posted January 27 I hope you enjoy the most special moments of yesterday's flight, the 26th, on Wings of Liberty. You can find the timeline on YouTube. Thank you all and I hope you enjoy it. Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 This new short film was flown on Monday, and I made the video yesterday. I hope you like it, as always. Also, the original title was "Hand of 3, Bf110G-2 low flight La-5 with weak hand," referring to the similarity of winning or losing everything, both in air combat and in poker. But unfortunately, people didn't quite grasp the connection. This short film has a really great rhythm. I hope you like it. 1 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 My new little creation. This short film is from a first-day outing of the February campaign in Wings of Liberty. I really hope I've managed to capture the essence of what we experienced during that outing. Our intention was to carry out a ground attack, but in the distance we saw a skirmish and approached to see if we could help... the results... you'll find out in 3 minutes. I hope you like it 4 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted February 5 Author Posted February 5 Hello everyone, my friends! As usual, I fly online every day, first on Wings of Liberty and then on Combat Box by Red Flight. I've accumulated some good and bad moments, but they all make for interesting videos to create shorts. So here's a flight that got very complicated on Tuesday night. I have to congratulate the pilot of the La5F s38. As always, I hope you find it entertaining and enjoy it. 2 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted February 8 Author Posted February 8 New video, a curious but fitting title. As always, I hope you enjoy it and like it. The beginning might confuse you, but it makes sense when you see the end. 1 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted February 10 Author Posted February 10 Well, I'm trying to make cinematic shorts, each time a little shorter. Let's see what I end up with... In this case, like all the others, it's another online outing in Wings of Liberty that had an unexpected ending. I hope you like this short film and enjoy it. 2 Quote
XQ_Lothar29 Posted February 13 Author Posted February 13 Hello everyone, my good friends, both those who watch my videos and those who spend hours playing on the servers. We are all important for enjoying online battles. Once again, I present to you a new short video, and I sincerely hope you enjoy it. PS: I feel compelled to mention that I will soon be raffling off three scale models among my subscribers. Those who don't win the scale models, which I've assembled, detailed, and painted myself, will still receive a gift. Shipping is available worldwide. "I need to clarify that those who have seen my posts about my models know that I've won several contests, and modeling is a passion I've had my whole life. I've previously held giveaways and prizes for reaching subscriber milestones, but after the pandemic, I got very sick, and the channel declined again. After 17 years on YouTube, I'm now excited again to make the Lothar29 community feel special and cared for. So, I'm fully committed to it again." Here are some pictures of my scale model work for you to see. Spoiler This is just to show you that the giveaway of 3 model kits when we reach 2000 subscribers is something really special, and I put a lot of love into it. For those who don't make it into the giveaway, we'll send a gift to remind them that they're part of the Lothar29 community. I hope that, as always, you enjoy the short film and that the care I give to my friends in the Lothar29 YT community has always been, and will continue to be, community first. 2 Quote
