How do I get Picture in Picture to display? See attached screenshots for what I mean.

The below pictures are from two youtube videos I have been using to learn, startup, takeoff and landing the Yak 1.

Both show a picture in picture.  One shows the map and the other one shows a side view of the plane.  How do I get these picture in pictures to show in the game on my monitor?

That's not a game feature; it's just the way he edited the video.

EDIT: sorry, yes,the second screen.

Just little clarification. Minimap in the right corner can be switched on by some button, I don't remember which one because I am not using this feature. For side view, as Luke wrote, these are two separate videos put together in video editor outside the game.
