[mod] Migmadmarine's Battle of Normany Career Default Skins

I need help with this again @migmadmarine I've done everything i can to get this working.  Seems to be working for BOS and i have some skins working on BON. German skins are not being used for default/squadron.  Ive tested extensively.  Allied skins are working when starting career. Let me know what i can provide so i can get this working completely.  I'm not that computer savvy so is there a way to show you how i have the mods set up?

Are you altering the load out or modifications of your flight members in the menu prior to loading into the hanger? Unfortunately, opening this menu and applying any changes overrides my skin assignments to the default. If you're giving all of your flight gunpods in the 109 for example this will be a side effect.

No, I'm playing to be assigned flight leader.  It's only German career. When I play allied career german squad skins populate.  Another thing, when playing German career my plane will have historical base skin and ai squad will have default no swastika on tail. While different flight (ai) will have squad markings and swastika on tail.
