No, they mean that you get access to the DLC right away, which will be released in 2026 already.

Anyway, is it me or is the sound mixing way off in the announcement video? The speech is nearly impossible to understand.

Went for the regular version as the Founders was a quite a bit more and a bit vague on what you are actually paying for. I'm happy to buy the extras as I go, it's also easier to budget. Exciting though, isn't it?
