Korea not linked to GB

Sorry for the potentially silly question, but I want to confirm that IL2 Korea and IL2 GB are completely separate and don’t share any files - correct?

I have IL2 GB on my PC but it is linked to my Steam account since I purchased things from Steam and directly from the IL2 site.

For Korea I intend to purchase everything through the website. 

I assume these games will be separate installs on my PC?

Yes, Il-2 Korea is from Il-2 Series.

The one currently availible is Il-2 Great Battles.

Future expansions will use the new and improved engine in Il-2 Series and add more content there.
