One of our pilots is having 2 paid version of the game with 2 different accounts. One is on Steam and the other is not. Both were not linked. Now after the last update he can only start the Steam-Version. Is this a bug or how can he use both versions again?

Hey, its only affects new players who link their Steam account. If you linked your account earlier, you don’t need to do anything. If problem is still happening contact the support as Luke recommended

PS: Unfortunately we have a second case now. Told him to contact the support too.

 

Update: Until now you had only one installation for both the standalone and the Steam game. After the last update it seems this installation works only for Steam now. One of our members installed the game again and as a second installation in a new folder for the standalone version. Now both versions seems to work. Fingers crossed...

Вроде как взрывы на земле отчетливо услышал, собственных бомб. На Р-38 кампанию прохожу, 1-2 миссии каждый день.

Вот сегодня услышал так... Ну звуком движков упиваюсь, сегодня вроде посочнее..

Повторюсь, возможно это плацебо 😁

The 7.004 update post doesn’t mention fixing the Ju 87 D-3 oil flap lever showing the reverse of what it should. Perhaps it'll be fixed in the next hotfix or update 🤔

Just flew the first mission in the A6 campaign in Finland.  I don't fly single player campaigns often, but it was a good first mission, and quite enjoyable.

In the popup info, the text had some artefacts around "Korea", see screenshot.

language in Windows and IL2 is german.

 

Also since the update, windows sometimes blocks IL2 from starting. On the first try it gives this note: https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/windows/smart-app-control-hat-einen-teil-dieser-app-blockiert-0729fff1-48bf-4b25-aa97-632fe55ccca2

On following attempts, just nothing happens when trying to start. That is the steam version and I start IL2 via the desktop icon/link.

After rebooting the PC it works again, usually.
