Ну, кроме личного дискомфорта, никаких преград нет же. Оси игра явно распознает.

Не думаю, что кто-то тут кто-то сможет поделиться личным опытом, так как обычно РУД у всех появляется раньше. 🤷🏼‍♂️

У меня и РОШ VPC TCS Plus (то есть две оси, шаг и газ), и РУД есть. Но я никогда не использовал РОШ для самолётов.

Looks like I can run it on medium settings then, glad I've upgraded 1 year and a half ago.

Yeah, I'm pretty confident too. 
RTX 3070 isn't ideal, but with DLSS and Lossless Scaling FG it should be more than fine.
Have got 32Gb RAM, might consider boosting that for both this and MSFS 2024.

Are those system requirements for VR the minimum specifications or the optimal ones ? or in other words - would a 4070 Ti be still sufficient to run it decently ?

After what you wrote, i checked the actual prices. i'm shocked! 
Also glad i upgraded to 64G. Those prices are crazy.
Paid 109€ for 2 sticks 6000 Gskill 16G in april, actual price is 419€ 

Anyway, i'm not really into Korean period so i won't take the presales version, too much money lost before with unfinished games,  unless they do a Demo (1 prop+1jet) and a mission for each (like the first il-2) so men can see how the soft handle on the PC and the evolution compared to BoX, i'll pass until some feedback about the game and it's features is provided.

It's going to be hard to say, because VR users differ at lot in what FPS and screen quality they consider acceptable.

A demo is could be sooo effective in knowing the need for upgrading. Especially if you are borderline o slightly below, like me.

It's one thing to pay 100-150 $ for Korea, it's a totally different thing to pay 100$ + 2500 euros for it.....:)

And it could be quite cheap and beneficial for the devs to make as well, since they just need to disable player weapons to make a demo 🙂 

And logging in with the required Il-2 account would give them marketing data on where on the planet the most interest in Il-2: Korea comes from, and where in the world it could be beneficial to focus marketing strategies on.

I am struggling terribly with key bindings in Il-2 Sturmovik Great Battles. Can't get my Virpil setup to work beyond the bare basics. I somehow hope (against hope) that it will be easier to set up that stuff with Korea...

Supposedly the entire key binding backend was replaced, so it is likely that we will see improvements.

I get that. They haven't done a demo since the Rise of Flight days though.

In any case, we won't know until very close to release (and they couldn't create a demo until very close to release anyway). There are always optimisation decisions made, and many of these are done after features are complete... so right near the end of the development cycle.

I think it is just still a bit too early.

I should check this site more often. 

Pre-ordered the Founder's edition, I always regretted not ordering the Founder's edition of GB considering all the hours of enjoyment I got out of that game.

Really looking forward to this game, I have always been interested in early Jets/Cold War/Korean War period and there has been a distinct lack of good flight sims on the era. Rowan's "Mig Alley" was the last good one IMHO.
