I've tried @Trinakria,  I went through @Snipermanx.   He said he would look into it.   I still haven't heard anything.

Hi there, send me the ID of the support ticket in PM, but it all goes through support manually in case of upgrading the editions, nothing I can hurry up unfortunately.
