taffy2 Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Hi All, Just purchased Odessa/Leningrad module, I have flown a few missions and all was well, but I have tried twice flying the mission I-153 Chaika '"Island of Seagulls" but the screen freezes right at the same spot every time which is about three quarters into the planned route. I shall carry on and fly other missions to see if it occurs again. Cheers
Vendigo Posted March 26 Posted March 26 It freezes just momentarily, doesn't it? Maybe that's the moment when the enemy spawns. My single player campaigns: "Fortress Stalingrad" "Hunter in the snow" "Battlefield Kerch" "Ruspoli at the gates of Odesa"

Well I shall fly it again, but that's really not the point, it should not freeze at all even when the enemy decides to show up, I have flown other missions with various aircraft in this module with no problems ! It would be interesting if others have experienced the same problem ?
JollyJack Posted March 26 Posted March 26 (edited) Is there a track save system in IL2 like DCS? post it? Edited March 26 by JollyJack
taffy2 Posted March 26 Author Posted March 26 Flew the same mission again in auto pilot plus default loadout, froze again at same spot , 2.31 short of the 5th waypoint. As I mentioned that I have flown other missions in Odessa/Leningrad and all have worked correctly. I fail to see that the problem could be my end as mentioned all other missions/campaigns/careers work without any problems in BoS. 1

Jaegermeister Posted March 28 Posted March 28 (edited) Correction... I just flew the mission and the error says "Object Undefined". Clicking the OK button in the message box allows the mission to proceed. I will look at the file on my end and see if I can locate anything, but that is the first time I have seen that error. Jaegermeister Posted March 28 Posted March 28 @LukeFF, I found the problem with a ground object. I will submit a corrected file for the next update. 1 Ryzen 7 7800X3D Raphael 4.2GHz CPU/ 32GB DDR5-6000 PC5-48000 CL36 RAM / AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB GPU / ASUS Tuf Gaming B650E MB / 1 TB Samsung 970 EVO+ M.2 HD / HP Reverb G2 VR / TM Warthog HOTAS / Saitek Pro Flight Rudders / MaxFalcon 20 Keypad Emulator

It turns out the Devs fixed the light tank object that was not working before I could upload a new file. That's better in the long run. 1 Ryzen 7 7800X3D Raphael 4.2GHz CPU/ 32GB DDR5-6000 PC5-48000 CL36 RAM / AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB GPU / ASUS Tuf Gaming B650E MB / 1 TB Samsung 970 EVO+ M.2 HD / HP Reverb G2 VR / TM Warthog HOTAS / Saitek Pro Flight Rudders / MaxFalcon 20 Keypad Emulator
