Do rapid throttle changes make Yak7b engine go out?

First i thought it went from overRPM from a dive, but i had recording of it and i wasn't in a dive at all, i was moving maybe 420km/h but in a situation where i was throtling up and down a lot.Does this make the engine go out without possibility of restart?

Never encountered it in a Yak, but bots quite often mess up their Merlins (Spitfire Mk.IX) by forcing the throttle from 0 to 100 and back down.

I could replicate the same Merlin death when suddenly pushing the engine from idle to the max in a dive, but that's about it.

It's more likely to have been an overheating situation.  Are you on full engine management, or do you fly with all the helpers on?

Full engine, but i didn't get temperature warning, just sudden engine blowout.Im gonna try to replicate it in quick battles,it must be the throttle thing

Replay shows from outside radiators closed but cockpit reads well below 100C temperature, picture included is smoke that lasted maybe 5 seconds, after which i tried to restart engine.I tried to stress it in quick battle with throttle but nothing happened.

Maybe i closed the radiators somehow fully? A mixture problem?
