Since you're talking about moving your joystick left and right, I assume you mean rolling. Is this assumption correct? What technique do you use to turn? Please describe everything you do with the joystick, in order. I have a suspicion you may be doing something wrong. To turn left I push the stick to the left. The joystick does not twist so there is no rudder input. The reverse turn (turn back the other way) is too slow to follow any planes at all. Dai

If you want to turn, then after you roll, you should pull on the stick. Just moving your stick left or right isn't enough for a combat turn. Edited March 27 by AEthelraedUnraed

To get behind enemy plane I push the stick to the left then pull the stick so the enemy can be in my gun sight. But this is so slow that planes just simply fly away. Dai

Did you also check your elevator curves? Yes I tried all settings like exponential or linear and the action (rolling/turning) is very slow. I just got a new rig and see how the action will be.
