Really glad that DLSS will be in IL2 Korea because DLSS 5 looks like it will be a revolution in graphics https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/news/dlss5-breakthrough-in-visual-fidelity-for-games/ can DLSS be added to IL2 Great Battles?

DLSS will come to the Korea engine, but they are not going to make such big changes to the GB engine.

Also, that demo from Nvidia is total nonsense. It took two 5090's to make that demo.

from my humble perspective, this DLSS 5 is especially impressive on faces. graphics, graphics. impressive, true. but what makes a game really to persist (and sell) in time in content, imho. See GTA series. Mafia series. Witcher series.

They rendered the comparison picture with really low resolution, so the difference is way smaller if that one is rendered properly. Also, the face is made very generic, in a glamour way (including adding make-up for women). A large part of the difference is also that the colors are much more saturated. In TV stores, they typically oversaturate the colors, because that looks more appealing at a glance.

So the worry is that games become very bland, with all the individual personality and different styles replaced by something very generic.
