Map for Defense of the Reich

I am trying to recreate a what ended up being one of the biggest dogfights in Western Europe during WWII.  It happened on Oct 29, 1944, with over 130 Allied and Axis fighters engaged.  The Luftwaffe had started to shift major fighter operationsto the Western Front in a formal campaign that they called "Defense of the Reich".  I had originally purchsed The Battle of Normandy only to find out that it did not have the right map that I was looking for.  So I bought Battle of Bodenplatte and that too was not going to work.  I'm specifically looking for a map that covers the area south of the Rhineland map border.  The current Rhineland map ends just south of Darmstadt, leaving a huge swath of southern Germany unavailable, where many of the aerial battles took place late in the war.

I admit, selfishly, that I'm looking for a map that covers east of Strasbourg, an area where many Allied air operations and Axis engagements took place starting in the fall of 1944.  Does anyone know if there are plans to offer a map that would cover southern Germany (a continuation of the Rhineland map whose southern border is near Darmstadt)?

(The dogfight that I'm referring to on October 29, 1944, took place between Karlsruhe and Johlingen.)

For IL-2 Box, the only Western Front maps are Normandy and Rheinland. For ww1 a big map mostly covering France. I do not think any others are in the plans either.

But i think maybe kraut1 have made a mod to extend the rheinland map. It is possible as most maps have a grey area of lover detail stretching outside the flyable borders.
