Steam and Standalone Version

I currently have the steam version of IL2. Is it possible to also have the standalone version at the same time? I ask because I was looking at my account and noticed that there was a download link to what appears to be the standalone version..

Yes, but you'll only see the items you bought from the webstore in the standalone version, not those bought from Steam.

E.g. you've bought BoS on Steam, and S&L on the website ->
- in Steam, you can play both S&L and BoS (if your accounts are linked),
- in the standalone version you can only play S&L.

yeah despite owning most modules in standalone form, i bought stalingrad on sale on steam, cuz steam just....downloads the game SO much faster than the standalone launcher...
