Sheriff88 Posted Saturday at 07:05 PM Posted Saturday at 07:05 PM I'm struggling with the transparent prop hub tip in 109 E-4 skins. After I complete a new skin i get solid nose tip similar to E-7. So i tried to import Alpha channel from a generic e-4 skin but still get solid nose tip/ What am I missing? Quote
Devil5O5 Posted Saturday at 08:09 PM Posted Saturday at 08:09 PM If you look at the Alpha from the public E-4 template you'll see two black circles near the bottom. Make sure those ares are black on the alpha you use with the skin. 1 Quote

Using the original template only, you shouldn´t. It´s alpha channel provides the relevant areas covered in black. No additional effort required. Just saw @Devil5O5 beat me to it. 👍 Edited Saturday at 08:18 PM by Rocket_Knut Quote
Sheriff88 Posted Monday at 08:04 PM Author Posted Monday at 08:04 PM (edited) I used original template and saved to dds. Result -solid nose tip. I even took another existing E-4 skin. Imported generic E-4 dds and result still solid nose tip. You would think that even if some visual element don't line up the nose would be OK and transparent. In this thing it is called "Alpha1" and it comes with the template. Like I said earlier, using nothing but the original template, you should have no problem at all.
