The "house_smoke" effect doesn't work.

Hello, dear developers!

Please help me understand the "house_smoke" effect. I tried to enable it, but it doesn't work. In  Image 1, I show how I did it. The effect doesn't work.

I also tried the "chimneystalk_smoke_white" effect using the same method. It works (Image 2). Please help me. What am I doing wrong?!
