VKB Stecs Max and Gunfighter IV

Hi - wondering where you guys typically map mixture engine control on the VKB stecs max.  I can't seem to get it work on the axis on the stecs or a button.  Lost in where to put it.  Thanks.

I put mine on the Z axis which is the grey rotary dial by where your thumb can easily access it.
