Can't reset password

Can someone at 1C Games help? When I click forgot password, I fill in my email and it says it's sending email. I never get the email with reset link. I've checked my Spam, Junk and Trash folders; nothing there. I've tried 4 or 5 times over the last 4 days.

Can I get a rest link sent but not via the automatic reset password email server? Soemthing's going on with that and my email address that I'm not receiving them. Thanks!
